Biosolids Processing Plant

The biosolids processing plant, which produces agricultural fertilizer through a patented process, upgraded its existing conveyor system to one with three conveyor lines.  The conveyor system is enclosed, hangs partially from roof trusses, and connects to ductwork that controls air movement.  The ventilation system was modified due to the conveyor system upgrade.

Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, and civil/structural engineering were required to complete the installation of the conveyor system in full compliance with all authorities having jurisdiction.  Designed new ventilation system for building and ventilation system for conveyor.  Air flow cyclones and dust collectors and scrubber for ammonia gas.
